Using a mind body approach, my aim is to transform your mindset to create long lasting change however you’ve found yourself stuck.

I went from wheelchair bound to walking down the aisle; from having zero energy to having more than enough to keep up with my two young children fulltime!
I went from avoiding many major foods (yes I mean gluten, dairy, eggs and meat included) thanks to IBS and food intolerances to having food freedom and the sheer joy of being able to eat anything I choose!
I went from being plagued by anxiety, negative thoughts and catastrophic thinking to having a contagiously positive energy and mindset (not my own words!)
I went from being petrified of dogs, to having a calm neutrality around them now.
I use the incredible tools of NLP and Clinical Hypnotherapy in my Coaching Practice to help others transform their lives in whatever way they need.
I work with clients everyday making changes, transforming their wellness and wellbeing, in both big and small ways.
When I’m not coaching clients or writing about NLP and Clinical Hypnotherapy, I love yoga, swimming, exploring the world through my two daughters’ eyes, cooking and travelling.
